Main Camp & Cabin Retreat Facilities

Director's Cabin:

(sleep 4 in beds - one double and two singles)

Per night for up to 2 persons - $68.00 - linens extra

Each additional person $10.50

 

Allegheny Synod Rostered leaders and familes $42.00 per night for entire family - linens extra

 

Cabin Rentals:
$17.00 per person per night
minimum cabin charge - $100.00 per night

Each Cabin sleeps up to 12 persons and has its own bathroom with showers.  Most cabins have bunk beds.  The stone cabins are winterized for year-round use and the wood cabins are available in the Spring and Fall seasons.

The Dining Hall is at the center of Main Camp and can seat 200 people.  Around the Dining Hall, bunkhouse style cabins (six stone, eight wood frame, one log) provide a variety of lodging options to accommodate small families to up to 180 participants. 

The cabin area is surrounded by 395 acres of forest  proving a quiet retreat setting.  We have miles of well maintained trails from which you can access the Laurel Highlands Trail.  Also on our property is one of the few remaining pristine sections of the Old Forbes Road.

Day use of Dining Hall: for none cabin rental groups:
April, May, September and October  $350.00
March and November                          $550.00
Not available most of June, July or August

Main Dining Hall: this includes use of kitchenette in Dining hall

Weekend use: for groups over 30 renting cabins no fee if the heat is not used.

Nov. 15 to April 1                          $250.00

(Additional $125.00 if needed day before event)

(Additional $225.00 if needed day before event)


Day use of Faculty Lodge:
Comfortable for groups of less than 25
Sept. 1 to May 31 -- $63.00 per day if not using cabins
